Key Responsibilities

Category Growth:

• Drive topline growth by identifying and executing category-level initiatives.
• Monitor key performance metrics and take corrective actions to meet revenue and user growth targets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.

Strategy & Planning:

• Develop short and long-term strategies for the category in collaboration with leadership.
• Plan product roadmap, pricing, and positioning strategies.
• Work closely with the content team to ensure alignment with learner needs and market demand.

Operations & Execution:

• Ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of category operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain category health by managing inventory, scheduling, and learner feedback loops.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Liaise with marketing for campaign planning and performance tracking.
• Partner with sales and customer support teams to ensure strong feedback mechanisms and learner satisfaction.
• Act as the voice of the category in internal reviews and planning meetings.

Youtube Growth:

• Lead YouTube growth through planned content initiatives and optimization.
• Track key metrics and improve reach, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate with faculty and YTMs for consistent delivery.
• Use YouTube as a top-of-funnel channel for acquisition and lead generation.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in category management, product strategy, business operations, or growth roles (edtech/e-commerce/startup background preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with a bias for action.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic SQL is a plus.
