1. Team Performance Management Team Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets or exceeds collective sales targets through regular tracking and performance evaluation. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales outcomes. Lead Conversion Rate (Team): Monitor and enhance the team's ability to convert leads into paying students/customers. Identify training needs or process improvements to optimize conversion rates. 2. Operational Efficiency & Leadership Call Duration Achievement (Team): Ensure that team members maintain consistent and productive communication with prospects and customers through monitored call durations. Operational Issues Resolved: Promptly address and resolve any performance, system, or process-related issues impacting team operations. Act as a liaison between departments to escalate unresolved challenges. Call Audit Compliance: Conduct regular call audits to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards and scripts. Provide feedback and take corrective actions where necessary. 3. Leadership & Team Development Team Guidance, Leadership & Development: Provide continuous guidance, mentoring, and leadership to team members to improve skills, motivation, and performance. Employee Performance Reviews: Conduct regular 1:1s and performance appraisals to set goals, provide constructive feedback, and support career development plans. Conflict Resolution & Team Morale: Foster a positive team environment by resolving internal conflicts efficiently and nurturing high team morale. Training and Call Audit Completion Rate: Ensure team members complete all required training programs and call audit-related activities within stipulated timelines. Leave Management: Monitor team attendance, manage unapproved leaves, and ensure adherence to LOP (Loss of Pay) policies.
