This is a role that requires incumbent to own & execute a variety of global processes related to compliance management across Service Lines and various workstreams in EY. The candidate should be comfortable working in an unstructured & complex environment requiring out of the box thinking, logical reasoning, sound verbal & written communication skills, ability to make prompt yet well informed decisions.

Join our Global Compliance team, which supports the Global Risk Management in Compliance Management. This is an exceptional chance to be part of a leading firm and play a pivotal role in enhancing the standard compliance framework. We are seeking an Associate Analyst responsible for execution and monitoring of adherence to compliance standards and assisting in other process-related requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities
Technical expertise
- Assist in the adoption of the EY standard Compliance Program Management (CPM) template.
- Support the allocation of Global Compliance Framework (GCF) team members to specific compliance topics.
- Help document specific global Compliance Programs in conjunction with Global Compliance specialists.
- Contribute to the establishment of a CPM implementation monitoring program.
- Participate in the development of a roadmap for aligning SQM controls documentation with Global Compliance controls documentation.
- Conduct compliance monitoring activities to ensure consistent adherence to internal policies and regulatory mandates.
Skills And Attributes For Success
- Basic knowledge of compliance program frameworks and regulatory environments.
- Organizational skills with the ability to support multiple projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
- Keen analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Post-graduate or equivalent degree from a reputed college
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a compliance-related role
- Awareness of global compliance regulations and standards.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- An interest in pursuing professional certifications in compliance.
- Exposure to the professional services industry.
- A desire to grow project management and team collaboration skills.
Technologies and Tools
- Basic experience with compliance management systems.
- An understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience with document management systems is a plus.
- Willingness to learn about risk assessment methodologies and software.
- Eagerness to understand Service Quality Management (SQM) systems.
