In This Role, You Will

Assisting with communicating customer queries & requests regarding portfolio and property reflags, coordinating with both sales and customer support to deliver solutions
Help investigate & resolve Salesforce duplicate records through portfolio audits
Dedicated administrative support for HC SAT leadership
Assist with CVII advertising inventory & reservation management requests
Internal coordination with Sales & Finance teams for billing & contract related issues & queries on bulk buy/MSA contracts
Providing 180-degree feedback on streamlining & automation of existing processes
Proactively update & maintain internal Strategic Account Teams documentation inclusive of annual account plans and Wiki resources
Assist with creation of supporting materials for internal presentations for Cvent Leadership
Assist in troubleshooting and provide guidance to sales reps on building and processing opportunities and quotes in Salesforce & CPQ
Assist sales with resolving contract errors
Assist sales with CPQ and Ironclad approvals
Assist sales with daily support via slack and Jira
Manage sales campaigns and survey including purchase summary emails
Manage bulk buy amendment process for large HC bulk buy contracts
Send quarterly updates to SAT reps and leaders on account audits & challenges
Work cross-functionally with leadership and staff across sales, training, IT, HR, Finance, Contracts, Marketing, and Client Services
Support sales and operations leadership on special projects and analyses

Here's What You Need

Exceptional ability to compile, analyze and present data, findings, and progress in a concise manner
Advanced command of MS Excel; proficient in other Microsoft Office suite of products
Effective communication (i.e., written, verbal and presentation)
Collaborative, team player with positive attitude and creative problem-solving mindset
Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of sales systems and processes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous, results-oriented atmosphere
Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
