Position 1 - Assistant/Deputy Manager – Student Affairs (Operations & Student Experience)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who will lead the operational functions of the Student Affairs department. This role is centered around student query resolution, efficient coordination with support departments (hostels, maintenance, IT, etc.), and delivering a seamless student experience on campus. The ideal candidate is meticulous, data-driven, and thrives in process-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for student queries related to hostels, infrastructure, and general campus life.
• Coordinate with relevant university departments to ensure timely resolution and follow-up on student concerns.
• Maintain robust documentation and reporting mechanisms for all operational workflows.
• Ensure quality standards and response times in student support systems.
• Create and manage data dashboards, trackers, and reports to identify patterns and gaps in service.
• Maintain and analyze student feedback to improve processes and student experience.
• Assist in hostel operations, safety protocols, and campus logistics for student movement/events.
• Conduct periodic reviews of student support SOPs and recommend improvements.

Key Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in an educational setup.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and disciplined approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Position 2- Assistant/Deputy Manager – Student Affairs (Student Development & Engagement)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, creative individual who can bring energy and innovation to our student development initiatives. This role involves ideating, planning, and executing meaningful and engaging student programs that go beyond academics. The right candidate is a people person, an ideator, and someone with a strong sense of student psychology and youth culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and lead student engagement programs that support holistic development, leadership, and well-being.
• Curate cultural, social, service-based, and developmental events that align with the university’s vision.
• Work closely with student clubs and volunteers to encourage active participation.
• Design meaningful formats for student interactions like talk series, campaigns, leadership, etc.
• Ensure inclusivity and innovation in programming, with a keen understanding of student needs.
• Assist in documenting events, preparing reports, and sharing outcomes with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to design interdisciplinary student experiences.
• Bring a design-thinking or storytelling approach to program design and communication.

Key Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Liberal Arts, Education, Arts or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in student development, community programs, events, or creative engagement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable addressing student groups.
• Skilled at brainstorming, planning, and executing initiatives with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using presentation and creative tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
• Preferred someone who stays well connected to the speakers, artists, and inspiring individuals.
