Professor/Associate Professor – Psychology

IILM University, Gurugram is seeking applications for the positions of Professor and Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology. We invite dynamic and passionate faculty members to join our academic community and contribute to teaching, research, and institutional development.

Areas of Specialization:

· Clinical & Counseling Psychology

· Organizational & Applied Psychology

· Cognitive & Neuropsychology

· Developmental Psychology

· Social & Cultural Psychology

· Forensic & Criminal Psychology

· Research Methods & Psychometrics

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

· Mentor and guide students in academic and career development.

· Maintain an active research profile with at least two peer-reviewed publications per year.

· Participate in curriculum development, educational innovation, and technology-enhanced teaching.

· Engage in academic and administrative responsibilities within the University

Eligibility Criteria:

Professor

Minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience at university/college/national level, including doctoral supervision. At least 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.

Associate Professor

Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience (excluding Ph.D. period) at university/college/accredited research institution/industry. At least 5 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
