Professor/ Associate Professor (Department of Psychology)

The Department of Psychology is seeking individuals with expertise in various areas of specialization, including Clinical & Counseling Psychology, Organizational & Applied Psychology, Cognitive & Neuropsychology, Developmental Psychology, Social & Cultural Psychology, Forensic & Criminal Psychology, and Research Methods & Psychometrics. As a Professor or Associate Professor, your key responsibilities will include delivering high-quality teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, mentoring and guiding students in their academic and career development, maintaining an active research profile with a minimum of two peer-reviewed publications per year, participating in curriculum development, educational innovation, and technology-enhanced teaching, as well as engaging in academic and administrative responsibilities within the university. The eligibility criteria for the position of Professor include a minimum of 15 years of teaching/research experience at the university/college/national level, including doctoral supervision, and at least 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers. For the position of Associate Professor, a minimum of 10 years of teaching/research experience (excluding the Ph.D. period) at the university/college/accredited research institution/industry, along with at least 5 publications as books and/or research/policy papers are required.
