Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendationsto the executive leadership

team.

• Partner with business heads to drive sustainable business growth and profitability.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

• Oversee preparation and finalization of financial statementsin compliance with

applicable accounting standards.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management,statutory bodies, and

investors.

• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and

tax requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).

Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis:

• Lead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting process.

• Analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, and recommend corrective

actions.

• Monitor working capital, manage cash flow, and optimize financial efficiency.

Audit & Risk Management:

• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits in a timely and efficient manner.

• Implement risk management strategies and strengthen internal audit practices.

Treasury & Stakeholder Management:

• Oversee treasury management, banking relationships, and capitalstructure

optimization.

• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.

• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
