Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

Provide strategic financial insights and recommendationsto the executive leadership

team.

Partner with business heads to drive sustainable business growth and profitability.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

Oversee preparation and finalization of financial statementsin compliance with

applicable accounting standards.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management,statutory bodies, and

investors.

Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and

tax requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).

Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis:

Lead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting process.

Analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, and recommend corrective

actions.

Monitor working capital, manage cash flow, and optimize financial efficiency.

Audit & Risk Management:

Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits in a timely and efficient manner.

Implement risk management strategies and strengthen internal audit practices.

Treasury & Stakeholder Management:

Oversee treasury management, banking relationships, and capitalstructure

optimization.

Manage relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Development:

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
