Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our Retail Sales team in Nagpur. The candidate will play a key role in driving project-based sales, building partnerships with design professionals, and expanding Shinex’s footprint in the premium surfaces market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designer and Dealers.
• Identify and convert new project opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to showcase Shinex’s mosaic solutions.
• Collaborate with design and Sales Coordination team to customize product offerings as per client requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals effectively.
• Track market trends, design innovations, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development objectives.
• Demonstrate willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for client engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in project or B2B sales, preferably in tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware, or building materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an eye for design aesthetics.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
