Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager Industry: Real Estate Location: Noida Company: Wealth Clinic Pvt. Ltd Role Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Sales Manager / Director Level: L-4 Roles & Responsibilities 1.Sales & Business Development Assist in new client acquisition within the Noida region. Conduct sales calls, meetings, and product presentations to prospective clients. Handle inbound and outbound leads, including cold calling to generate new business opportunities. Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive follow-ups and conversions. 2.Lead Management & CRM Track, manage, and update all sales activities in the company CRM system. Ensure all client interactions, follow-ups, and account information remain up to date. 3.Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through continuous engagement. Understand client requirements and offer real estate advisory services for buying, selling, and renting of properties. Assist in negotiation processes, acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. 4.Revenue Generation & Market Knowledge Generate revenue using references from current and upcoming projects. Convert potential customers exploring competitor projects through effective pitching and solution-based selling. Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitor offerings, and project updates. 5.Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, project, and operations to optimize overall sales efforts. Ensure smooth communication flow and superior client experience during the entire sales cycle. Provide professional post-sales support and maintain client relations for future business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet/exceed sales targets. Quick learner with strong market understanding. Proven record in customer relationship management and handling mid to large-sized real estate projects. Highly self-motivated, presentable, and target-driven. Additional Requirements: Must possess a 2/4-wheeler for field visits and client meetings.
