Designation: Asst. / Manager Sales & Marketing Reports to: Director Location: Delhi & Hyderabad Purpose: To drive sales and promotion of water treatment chemicals by engaging with prospects and customers, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring consistent sales growth. Key responsibilities: Promote and sell water treatment chemicals to prospective and existing customers Meet with prospects and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and ensure consistent growth Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain a deep understanding of our water treatment chemicals and their applications Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review Ideal Candidate: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships Ability to analyse market trends and sales data to make informed decisions. Skills and experience in creative content writing Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Be willing to travel frequently Years of Experience: Min. 7 – 9 years of relevant experience Qualification: Preferably B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Environmental Science or B.E. in Environmental Engineering. / Chemical Engineering
