Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description cum Skill Required:

• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or a related field, preferably within the air compressor or industrial equipment industry.
• Preparation of Customer report & Pre-sales / Team co-ordination verbal communication in local language and Analysis of market strategy.
• Understand business requirements & prepare technical design documentation
• Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction & sales potential manages multiple areas and adjusts sales goals and procedures for each area.
• Prepare sales reports weekly / Monthly like customer wise, machine wise , spares wise
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-friendly terms.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with the capability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Strong knowledge of air compressor systems, technologies, applications, and energy-efficient solutions.
• Develop new Clients & retain existing clients.
• Contact potential customers for new business opportunities.
• Experience with CAD, Solid works software or technical design tools.
• High level of expertise and knowledge in Service Fundamentals (Listening, Analytical, Problem Solving, Lead Qualifying, Negotiating, Persevering).
• Have handled industries like Textiles (Spinning, Weaving), Engineering, Foundry
