Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Leader to head our sales team, drive revenue growth, and establish strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build, mentor, and manage high-performance sales teams. Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and scale the real estate sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial properties. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting tactics as needed to drive results. Guide the team in prospecting, lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals. Foster a customer-centric culture focused on delivering excellent client experiences. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align lead-gen strategies. Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and competitors. Recruit, train, and mentor new sales agents and team members. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
