We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Interior Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales initiatives to new heights.

Position Overview:

The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales within our interior design division. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their interior design needs, and leveraging your expertise to close deals effectively. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the interior design industry, possess strong knowledge of interior design principles, and exhibit exceptional convincing and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:

    Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their interior design needs and preferences through consultations and meetings.
  • Sales Strategy:

    Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, utilizing your knowledge of interior design to effectively present and sell our services.
  • Proposal Management:

    Prepare detailed and accurate proposals, including design concepts and budget estimates, and present them to clients in a persuasive manner.
  • Deal Closure:

    Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, addressing any client concerns or objections and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
  • Market Analysis:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies and enhance business opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an interior design company with a strong understanding of interior design principles and trends.
  • Proven track record in sales, with demonstrated convincing skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
