*Job Summary:*

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures

- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses

- Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns

- Drive sales growth through suggestive selling, promotions, and events

- Control inventory, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste

- Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness, adhering to health and safety regulations

- Participate in staff training and development, including onboarding new employees

- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotions

- Monitor and control labor costs, scheduling, and payroll

- Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them promptly and professionally

*Requirements:*

- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory role

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and labor laws

- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,967.96 - ₹35,423.76 per month
