Bartender and Mixologist

*Job Title:* Senior Bartender

*Reports to:* Bar Manager

*Job Summary:*

We're looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Bartender to join our team. As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing top-notch service to our guests, and leading by example to ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our bar. *Key Responsibilities:*

- Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.

- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of spirits, mixers, and ingredients to create unique and innovative cocktails.

- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

- Mentor and train junior bartenders, sharing knowledge and best practices to help them grow in their roles.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems with accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborate with the bar team to create new cocktail menus, promotions, and events that drive sales and enhance the guest experience.

- Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and help manage ordering to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

*Requirements:*

- 3+ years of bartending experience, with a proven track record of success in a high-volume environment.

- In-depth knowledge of mixology, including classic and modern cocktail techniques, spirits, and ingredients.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues alike.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.

- Certification in mixology (e.g., USBG, BarSmarts) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,804.05 - ₹26,715.11 per month
