Assistant Restaurant Manager

1. Operational Execution

• Support RGM in daily restaurant operations across kitchen, counter, dining & delivery.
• Ensure adherence to Burger King SOPs, food safety, quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Monitor speed of service, product quality, and service accuracy.

2. People Management

• Assist in staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching.
• Prepare shift schedules and allocate duties as per business requirements.
• Drive team engagement, motivation, and discipline.
• Conduct on-the-job training and performance feedback.

3. Guest Experience

• Ensure exceptional guest service during all operational hours.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and implement preventive actions.
• Monitor guest feedback and support improvement plans.

4. Sales & Profitability

• Support achievement of sales, labor, food cost, and controllable cost targets.
• Assist in planning and executing local marketing and promotional activities.
• Analyze shift-level performance and share improvement insights with RGM.

5. Inventory & Compliance

• Support inventory management, stock rotation, and waste control.
• Maintain accurate records for audits, FSSAI compliance, and other statutory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and cash-handling procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred.
• 34 years of experience in QSR or food service operations, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in handling P&L, staff management, and restaurant operations is essential.
