Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 16-25 years of experience and a strong background in managing restaurants, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to optimize business performance.
Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve exceptional customer experiences.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
