Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing restaurants or hotels.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.

Coordinate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.

Analyze sales reports and implement measures to increase revenue.

Train and mentor staff members to improve performance.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve excellent customer service.
