Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing restaurants and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.
