Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at JW Marriott, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.



Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food standards.
  • Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Monitor and control expenses to stay within budget and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
