Job Description : Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Identifying and attracting talent: This involves using various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and online recruiting tools, to find suitable candidates. Reviewing applications: Analyzing resumes and cover letters to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role. Conducting initial screening: Identifying candidates who meet the basic requirements and are suitable for further consideration. Maintaining candidate databases: Keeping track of all candidates, their qualifications, and their status in the hiring process. Interview Coordination and Support: Scheduling and coordinating interviews: Arranging interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers. Preparing interview materials: Ensuring that all necessary materials are available for interviews, such as interview guides and candidate information. Supporting interviewers: Providing assistance to interviewers during the interview process, such as handling logistical matters or answering questions. Onboarding and Reporting: Supporting the onboarding process: Assisting with the onboarding of new hires, such as providing orientation materials and coordinating with HR. Generating reports on recruitment metrics: Tracking key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and applicant quality. Analyzing recruitment data: Identifying trends and patterns in recruitment data to improve the hiring process. Other Responsibilities: Assisting with recruitment strategies: Working with the recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment strategies. Maintaining compliance with employment laws: Ensuring that all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. Providing administrative support: Handling administrative tasks, such as managing paperwork and coordinating with other departments.
