As we expand our operations, we are looking for a capable and experienced Assistant Manager – Purchase to join our procurement team and support our fast-paced manufacturing setup. About the Role: This position calls for a proactive procurement professional with a solid background in handling technical purchases and vendor development, especially with manufacturing OEMs. Candidates with a strong engineering foundation will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Issue RFQs and evaluate supplier quotations – both technical & commercial 🔹 Plan and manage material procurement based on production schedules 🔹 Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores and planning teams 🔹 Address quality-related issues with vendors and coordinate for resolutions 🔹 Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in procurement 🔹 Develop new supplier partnerships aligned with business needs 🔹 Manage PO processing and ensure smooth coordination with the finance department Who Can Apply:✅ B.E./B.Tech in Electrical✅ 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in technical procurement within manufacturing (preferably OEM exposure)✅ Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills✅ Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel✅ Ability to handle end-to-end sourcing in a structured and time-bound manner Why Join Websol?Join a purpose-driven organization in the renewable energy sector where your work contributes to sustainability and national progress.
