Assistant Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation Campaigns:

• Plan, set up, and scale multiple lead generation campaigns with a strong focus on

  custom email outreach

  using tools such as Instantly, Apollo, or similar platforms.

• Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher conversions and deliverability.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design, test, and refine messaging, targeting, and sequencing.

• Maintain and manage databases to ensure high-quality outreach.

Performance Tracking:

• Analyze results, prepare reports, and present insights for ongoing improvement.

• Ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and business goals.

Additional Marketing Contributions:

• Provide input and support for

  paid advertising campaigns

  (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) – prior knowledge is considered an advantage.

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in email marketing and performance marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

  running and managing email lead generation campaigns.

• Strong understanding of email deliverability, personalization, and automation strategies.

• Proficiency in tools like

  Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar cold outreach/email platforms

  .

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Knowledge of paid advertising (Google/Meta/LinkedIn) is an added advantage.
