Job Description

Role Overview: As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement digital and direct marketing strategies. Your main focus will be leading digital marketing campaigns, optimizing performance across various platforms, and contributing to the planning and execution of direct marketing initiatives. Your role is hands-on, emphasizing customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue goals while ensuring the efficiency of the marketing team. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee direct marketing strategies such as print media, events, and door-to-door marketing to engage local customers. - Guide the field marketing team to align local campaigns with the brand's objectives. - Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in different regions for developing localized marketing strategies. - Suggest creative marketing ideas and strategies based on market insights and customer behavior, collaborating with the team for refinement. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field marketing executives, ensuring productivity and motivation, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to achieve targets. - Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine marketing campaigns, improve customer experience, and monitor customer satisfaction continuously. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing strategies reflect customer insights and drive better engagement. - Contribute ideas for digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Qualification Required: - MBA qualification preferred. - 5 years of experience in sales in the D2C/Direct Marketing/FMCG industry. - Strong background in various marketing techniques such as Digital Marketing, Traditional Marketing, and data-driven marketing. - Effective implementation and execution of marketing and branding ideas to align with business goals and market trends. Additional Details: This is a full-time position in Ernakulam, Kerala, with an expected start date of 01/08/2025.
