Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Sales (60%)

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across

  Instagram, Facebook, YouTube

  , and other digital platforms.
• Execute

  paid promotions and ad campaigns

  to generate leads and increase student enrolments.

• Generate leads

  through

  Wati, social media platforms, and other online/offline channels.

• Conduct cold calls

  and follow-ups to

  convert leads into student admissions.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and grow the online community.
• Collaborate with photographers and videographers to create high-quality content.
• Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize marketing strategies based on insights.
• Assist in organizing academy events, workshops, and promotional campaigns for student engagement.
  

Administration & Front Desk (40%)

• Greet visitors, handle walk-ins, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
• Manage student enrolments, maintain accurate records, and coordinate class schedules.
• Support faculty members with class preparations and operational requirements.
• Ensure smooth coordination between students, faculty, and management.
• Maintain front desk organization and uphold a welcoming, professional environment.
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of reels editing and content creation (tools like CapCut, InShot)
• Prior experience or interest in

  sales, lead generation, or telecalling

  preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in

  English.Hindi & Kannada

• Friendly, organized, and professional attitude.
• Ability to
