Assistant Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing who’s passionate about education, branding, and storytelling. You’ll be the bridge between client goals and creative execution — managing marketing plans, coordinating across teams, and ensuring every idea comes alive beautifully and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly marketing calendars and outreach activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams – design, digital, and content – for campaign delivery.
• Create first-level social media calendar and copy drafts aligned to brand tone.
• Support media planning and performance reporting with the digital team.
• Track marketing deliverables, timelines, and client approvals.
• Share insights and recommendations from campaign performance reports.
• Ensure communication consistency across all marketing channels.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You

• Have 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand communication, or client servicing (agency or consulting background preferred).
• Understand digital and social media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, basic analytics).
• Enjoy both the creative and analytical sides of marketing.
• Are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients.
• Can write clear, engaging social media copy and coordinate design ideas.
