Creative Lead

Key Responsibilities


Content Strategy & Creation

  • Conceptualize and execute compelling content strategies for web, social, video, print, and marketing campaigns.
  • Script engaging content for brand films, campaigns, school profiles, and digital storytelling.
  • Lead copywriting across performance marketing, product collaterals, website content, brochures, and presentations.

Brand Aesthetic & Communication

  • Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual narrative across platforms.
  • Ensure high-quality, brand-aligned creative outputs for campaigns, photoshoots, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with design, strategy, and client teams to translate brand values into impactful communication.

Social Media & Campaigns

  • Own the creative direction for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Create engaging content formats (posts, reels, scripts, narratives) that drive both engagement and conversions.
  • Stay updated on content trends, consumer insights, and optimize creatives based on performance.

Brand Voice & Storytelling

  • Build and evolve unique brand voices for multiple clients.
  • Create tone-of-voice guides and brand storytelling frameworks for long-term brand consistency.
  • Craft narratives that differentiate and elevate client brands in competitive markets.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a small team of designers, writers, and freelancers.
  • Work closely with strategy, marketing, and client servicing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Provide creative direction and ensure outputs meet strategic and aesthetic goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in creative/content/brand communication roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, storytelling, and digital-first content.
  • Excellent copywriting, scriptwriting, and creative ideation skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, design sensibilities, and consumer psychology.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects across diverse sectors (education, consumer brands, lifestyle).
  • A collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-driven professional who enjoys working in a dynamic consulting setup.
