Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Production Planning

• Source budget-friendly talent (micro-influencers, freelance models, everyday people)
• Find cost-effective shoot locations (homes, cafes, co-working spaces)
• Arrange videographers comfortable with UGC/social media style content
• Create shot lists optimized for quick, efficient shoots
• Work within tight budget constraints while maintaining quality
• Ensure all production elements are confirmed 24 hours before shoot

Shoot Direction & Management

• Direct upto 6 UGC-style videos per shoot day
• Guide talent to deliver authentic, natural performances (not polished acting)
• Manage lean production setups with minimal crew
• Create content that feels native to social platforms
• Capture multiple variations within limited time and resources

Production Coordination

• Brief videographers on UGC aesthetics and requirements
• Maximize output from minimal resources
• Deliver volume without compromising performance potential

What We're Looking For:

Must-Have:

• 1-2 years of experience in video production, especially social/digital content
• Network of

  budget-conscious

  talent, videographers, and locations in Mumbai
• Experience creating authentic UGC-style content, not traditional ads
• Ability to deliver quality within tight budget constraints
• Understanding of what makes social ads convert, not just look good
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with scrappy, guerrilla-style production
• Own experience creating content for Instagram/YouTube
• Understanding of influencer/creator ecosystem

• Start with a paid pilot project (?12,000 to ?15,000 for one full-day shoot)
• Pilot includes directing up to 6 UGC videos for a single brand
• You'll handle all production coordination within budget limits
• Based on pilot success, convert to full-time or continue project-based
