We are currently hiring for our Creative Vertical- Raasa Studio. With a Cyclorama Green Screen fully equipped independent studio, Raasa Studio is Delhi /NCRs 1st Full Service Content Factory, offering services in creativity, production, and content creation.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Creative Director based in Noida. The Associate Creative Director will lead the development of creative concepts, oversee brand strategies, and ensure alignment with the client’s communication goals. Responsibilities include guiding creative direction, managing art direction, overseeing graphic design outputs, and fostering collaboration across teams. The role also involves coordinating with clients to ensure that campaigns are innovative, impactful, and tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with the ability to drive projects from concept to execution.
• Experience in Branding, Art Direction, and maintaining consistent visual identity standards for campaigns.
• Knowledge of Graphic Design with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills to work across teams and with clients effectively.
• Relevant experience in media and communication industries; familiarity with radio advertising is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing past creative projects is required.
