Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and organized Assistant Manager – Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Marketing–Sales Alignment

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to translate business requirements into actionable marketing plans.
• Manage expectations with clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.

Marketing Calendar & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute the

  marketing calendar

  across ATL, BTL, digital, and events.
• Track campaign outcomes and optimize for lead generation and conversions.

Team & Creative Coordination

• Provide clear briefs to content strategists, designers, and internal team members.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging quality across campaigns and social media.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Site & Customer Experience

• Oversee

  site branding, events, and customer experiences

  during visits.
• Ensure smooth, engaging, and premium touchpoints for prospective customers.

Lead Funnel & Growth Planning

• Plan and manage the

  lead funnel

  , track lead health, and improve lead quality.
• Work with Sales to set funnel targets and improve conversions.

Agency & Vendor Management

• Manage external

  Design, PR, Branding, and Digital agencies

  .
• Oversee briefs, deliverables, timelines, and performance.

Reporting & Presentations

• Attend weekly and monthly stakeholder meetings

  to present updates.
• Prepare professional

  reports, dashboards, and presentations

  on marketing ROI, funnel status, and campaign performance.

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing (mandatory).

• 3–5 years of marketing experience in real estate (mandatory).

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint

  skills (dashboards, presentations, reporting).
• Strong

  communication and language skills

  (verbal + written).
• Working knowledge of

  social media marketing, performance marketing basics, and copywriting

  .
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, teams, and agencies simultaneously.
