Assistant Marketing Manager

As an experienced Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the brand and drive sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing marketing strategies to strengthen the brand and increase sales. - Managing marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal use of funds. - Identifying target markets, customer needs, and current trends. - Maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans. - Reviewing and approving all marketing materials for accuracy and consistency. - Coordinating with creative and advertising agencies for successful campaigns. - Ensuring brand consistency across all channels and developing brand guidelines. - Planning and executing marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions. - Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and return on investment (ROI). - Conducting market research to understand customer preferences and competitive landscape. - Generating reports on marketing activities and performance. - Planning and managing participation in exhibitions, events, and medical camps. - Establishing partnerships with influencers and wellness professionals. - Leading and coordinating the internal marketing team. - Regularly reviewing team performance and reports. - Developing strategies to enhance over-the-counter (OTC) product sales and drive overall business growth. Additionally, the qualification required for this role is an MBA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Branding & Promotion, Media & Agency Management, Marketing Communication, Knowledge of Design aesthetics and Content Creation, Brand guidelines, campaign Budgeting, and Public relations in the FMCG industry.,
