MEP Coordinator

You are a skilled and proactive Multi-Technician with over 2 years of experience and possess an ITI / Diploma in Electrical (extensive experience holders may also apply). Your expertise lies in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. In this role, you will be responsible for site-based MEP maintenance at various farm properties, addressing technical issues, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with internal teams and local authorities. Your key responsibilities will include providing expertise in MEP systems such as maintenance, repairs, and installations. You will conduct regular equipment maintenance at different farm sites, troubleshoot and promptly resolve technical/mechanical issues, and collaborate with the MEP Engineer to address snags raised by other departments. It will be crucial for you to maintain accurate documentation of MEP operations and compliance-related activities, respond swiftly to MEP-related issues across sites, and engage with local statutory authorities for inspections, compliance, and necessary clearances.,
