We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to join our B2B marketing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support our sales objectives within the global BFSI sector. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Execution: Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive B2B marketing plans and campaigns aligned with company objectives. Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new products and services. Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social media, events) to drive lead generation and brand visibility. Content Marketing: Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling and technically accurate marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, brochures, website content, blog posts, and presentations tailored for B2B financial technology decision-makers. Assist in managing the content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials. Digital Marketing: Support the execution of digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing (primarily LinkedIn), email marketing, and online advertising. Assist in managing the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, optimized, and engaging. Track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Lead Generation & Nurturing: Contribute to lead generation activities and campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline. Support lead-nurturing programs through targeted email campaigns and content distribution. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights within the BFSI technology space. Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights. Event & Webinar Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of B2B marketing events, webinars, and industry conferences (both online and offline). Collaboration & Communication: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design. Support in managing relationships with external vendors and agencies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus. 2-4 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within the IT, SaaS, or Fintech/BFSI technology sector. Proven experience in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, lead generation, and sales funnels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling content for a technical B2B audience. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software like HubSpot/Salesforce, email marketing tools, social media management platforms, Google Analytics, SEO tools). Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
