Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth. Create and execute marketing campaigns via Social media, emails and WhatsApp activities. Manage and lead a marketing team, providing guidance and mentor ship as needed. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals. Oversee the development and production of marketing collateral, such as brochures and product catalogs. Manage and control the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Coordinating with vendors for marketing activities. Continuously monitor and evaluate the competitive environment and market trends. Provide regular reports and analysis of marketing efforts to senior management. Skills & Qualifications: Any Graduate with 4 years of experience. Experience in conducting BTL activities, content marketing, campaign management, performance marketing. (B2B marketing).
