Description and Requirements

  • Design, build, and maintain TM1 cubes, rules, processes, and reports to support FP&A activities including OPEX planning, headcount forecasting, and business plan submissions.
  • Develop and enhance TM1 Web applications for business users, including dynamic reporting tools like the Expected Landing, project reporting etc
  • Implement automation features such as Position ID tracking to improve workforce transparency and reduce budgeting errors.
  • Troubleshot TM1 server issues, including TM1Web and Perspectives connectivity problems, following documented procedures.
  • Provide first-line support for TM1 access issues, password resets, and user provisioning.
  • Liaise with IT Infrastructure and Service Desk teams to resolve server outages and escalate critical issues.
  • Monitor and manage TM1 application compliance with EUC risk and inventory assessment policies.
  • Conduct regular reassessments and submit documentation for certification.
  • Support audit and internal control requirements, including backup support and succession planning.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve user adoption and understanding of TM1 capabilities.
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
  • Proven experience in TM1 development and support, including TM1Web and Perspectives.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and reporting cycles with an growth mindset to enhance and streamline process by using the Tm1 system.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure dependencies and server architecture
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, People and culture, IT and Audit teams.
  • Experience with automation, control mechanisms, and data governance is highly desirable.
  • Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Be a team player and put team first.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with business users and technical teams.
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment with audit and compliance requirements.
