Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategies to attract top talent using social media, job fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Oversee job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviews.
  • Handle interview scheduling, feedback, and job offers while maintaining candidate relationships.
  • Work with hiring managers and HR teams to understand and meet recruitment needs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction.
  • Manage recruitment budgets, including job postings and travel costs.
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes for better efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with recruitment strategies and tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
