Responsibilities:

Manage 4 Warehouses - Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata
Inventory Management and Supply Chain for 600+ QSR outlets PAN India
Demand Planning and Inventory Forecasting on National Level
Oracle Netsuite ERP and POSIST ERP
Vendor Research, Negotiations, Onboarding and Management
Control Tower Execution and Management
New Regional Warehouse Addition
SOP Creation and Implementation
Fill Rate Management
Transit TAT Optimization
Warehouse Space Optimization
Implementing Six Sigma in Supply Chain using Poka-Yoke, JIT and Kaizen
Managing a team of 50 members
QSR Franchisee dispatch & inventory coordination
Team Player with Inter-Departmental coordination with QC, Legal, NPD, Procurement, Business Development, Marketing, Audit, Operations, Leadership and IT
Self Motivated and accountability for tasks assigned
Periodic travel PAN India for vendor development

Qualifications:

5+ Years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Retail Operations
Post Graduate / MBA preferred
Gradutae with specialization in Retail / SCM / Logistics
Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi
Analytical Skills with experience in Advanced Excel
ERP and WMS knowledge and experience
Commercial awareness with excellent negotiation skills
Soft Skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders
