The Supply Manager/Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supplier network, ensuring strong relationships, efficient sourcing, cost optimization, and operational excellence. This role requires strong negotiation skills, market understanding, and the ability to drive supplier performance aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supplier Sourcing & Onboarding

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new cab/car suppliers across India.
  • Build and maintain a strong vendor base to support business growth.

2. Contract & Commercial Management

  • Manage the complete supplier contract lifecycle — from drafting to execution.
  • Handle all legal, commercial, and compliance aspects of supplier agreements.
  • Ensure timely renewals and adherence to company policies.

3. Supplier Relationship & Performance Management

  • Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers and address their concerns effectively.
  • Conduct regular supplier evaluations (monthly, quarterly, and annually) based on performance metrics.
  • Ensure supplier satisfaction while maintaining service quality and cost efficiency.

4. Market Research & Price Benchmarking

  • Perform regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for all new and existing suppliers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor sourcing strategies.

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare supplier performance reports and share insights with management.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain function.
  • Support operational teams with timely supply coordination and escalations.

6. Additional Responsibilities

  • Execute any other tasks or projects as assigned by the management.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach while representing the company in all dealings.
