Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Sales with 4-6 years of experience to join our team at DoubleTree Suites By Hilton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and hospitality, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and manage a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
