About the Role

Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing

real estate, lifestyle, or tech-driven brands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, and execute

    lead generation campaigns across all major platforms

    including:
  • Google Ads

    (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads

    (Facebook & Instagram: Lead Gen, Brand Awareness, Retargeting)
  • Spotify Ads

    (Audio & Video Ads)
  • Additional networks like

    LinkedIn Ads, Taboola, and Programmatic

    (if applicable)
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum

    lead quality, ROI, CPL, and conversion rate.

  • Design and test ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels for better engagement and conversion.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization across channels.
  • Implement and track conversions via

    Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Pixel integration.

  • Collaborate with creative and web teams for

    ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation.

  • Work with

    CRM and lead automation tools

    (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Zapier, WebEngage, etc.) for seamless lead nurturing.
  • Analyze performance data and present actionable insights through detailed weekly/monthly reports.


Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong command of

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Spotify Ads

    platforms.
  • Proven experience in

    lead generation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.

  • Excellent understanding of

    conversion tracking, data analysis, and performance reporting.

  • Hands-on experience with

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.

  • Knowledge of

    A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad copy optimization.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategy.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Certifications in

    Google Ads

    ,

    Meta Blueprint

    , or

    Spotify Advertising.

  • Prior experience in the

    Real Estate industry

    or handling

    real estate lead generation campaigns

    is a

    major advantage.
