You will play a key role in driving high-quality leads and business outcomes through paid digital channels and by uplifting our dealer network’s digital marketing capabilities. You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks: Campaign Planning & Execution Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Run campaigns for traffic, lead generation, and conversions, including remarketing/retargeting. Structure campaigns, ad groups, audiences, and keywords for scale and efficiency. Performance, Analytics & Reporting Track and report performance against KPIs such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate. Use Google Analytics (GA4) and ad platform dashboards to understand user journeys and campaign impact. Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, and bidding strategies and use insights to improve ROI. Plan and monitor monthly budgets, keep a close eye on daily spends, and ensure there are no billing surprises. Landing Page & Conversion Optimization Work with content, design, and web development to create and refine high-converting landing pages. Use data (e.g., bounce rate, time on page, scroll depth, funnel drop-offs) to recommend UX and layout improvements. Marketing Automation & SFMC Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and other automation tools to build simple journeys and follow-up campaigns for leads from paid media. Support the creation and execution of email and journey-based nurturing for different segments. Work with CRM/automation teams to ensure tracking from first click to lead and, wherever possible, to closure. Dealer Digital Marketing Consulting Run a Digital Marketing Consulting Program for dealers: Audit their websites, search presence, social media, and paid campaigns. Recommend improvements in account structure, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and measurement. Help dealers move from basic campaigns to more structured, performance-driven setups. Conduct periodic review calls, simple training sessions, and share best practices and playbooks with dealers. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner with creative, content, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business priorities. Brief creative teams clearly and use performance data to guide messaging and visual direction. Coordinate with external agencies or partners if any part of execution is outsourced. Market & Competitor Insights Regularly review competitor ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
