Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing Experience: 4–8 years Location: Mumbai (Onsite) Industry Preference: Lending / FinTech / BFSI About the Role We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to lead our acquisition and retention campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, Affiliates, RCS, Email, and SMS marketing - with a proven track record in driving ROI-positive campaigns, preferably in the lending or BFSI space. Key Responsibilities  Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, and Affiliate networks.  Plan, execute, and optimize RCS, Email, and SMS campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.  Drive measurable business impact by scaling loan applications, disbursals, and repeat engagement.  Manage performance budgets effectively with a focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel conversions.  Partner with design and content teams to build compelling ad creatives and communication flows.  Collaborate with product, tech, and analytics teams to set up robust tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks.  Explore and onboard new marketing channels, partners, and tools to enhance acquisition strategies.  Stay updated on lending industry trends, compliance requirements, and digital marketing innovations. Requirements  4–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in the lending / BFSI / FinTech industry.  Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic platforms, and Affiliate networks.  Working knowledge of RCS, Email, and SMS platforms with proven results in engagement and conversions.
