• Analyse & report

  performance via easy-to-digest dashboards; surface insights that move the needle.

• Collaborate

  with leadership on funnel improvements and growth roadmaps.

• Stay ahead

  of performance-marketing trends and technologies.

• 2–5 years’ hands-on performance-marketing experience.
• Proven track record scaling profitable digital campaigns.
• Expert with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, remarketing, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical chops; comfortable drawing insights from complex data sets.
• Clear communicator, creative problem-solver, and proactive team player.
• Bonus: experience in consumer‐brand, skincare/beauty, or D2C environments.
