About the Role

Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  lead generation campaigns

  across

  Meta & Google Ads

  .
• Track campaign performance and generate detailed analytical reports.
• Present insights, recommendations, and performance summaries to clients on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of experience in performance marketing

  (Lead Generation

  mandatory

  ).
• Hands-on expertise in

  Meta Ads & Google Ads

  (Biddable Platforms

  mandatory

  ).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Prior

  agency experience preferred

  ; exposure to

  Real Estate, Automobile, EdTech, or BFSI

  is a plus.
• Should be comfortable creating reports and holding

  daily client conversations
