Manager – Client Servicing & Business Development


Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Campaign Management

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of OOH campaigns based on client briefs and business objectives.
  • Identify strategic media locations, negotiate with vendors, and oversee timely installations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-impact, brand-aligned campaign creatives.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, legal, and regulatory standards across all campaigns.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, offering proactive updates, performance insights, and solutions.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and share actionable reports with clients.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving OOH innovations.

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities across industries and develop targeted outreach strategies.
  • Lead client pitches, proposal development, and tailor-made media solutions.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and nurture client relationships through consistent follow-ups and value-driven engagement.
  • Drive revenue targets by converting qualified leads and building long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft innovative and integrated media offerings.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum

    5+ years of experience

    in OOH advertising, client servicing, or business development.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end campaign lifecycles and driving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor management, permit processes, and media planning tools.


Preferred Skills

  • Existing relationships in the media/advertising industry.
  • Track record of converting leads into long-term clients.
  • Understanding of local regulations and outdoor advertising compliance.
  • Experience in developing marketing collateral, sales decks, and data-led presentations.
