About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Account Manager to lead high-profile PR mandates across multiple consumer-facing sectors. You will be responsible for driving integrated communication strategies, managing client relationships, mentoring teams, and ensuring impactful brand storytelling.

• Key Responsibilities:Serve as the strategic lead for a portfolio of marquee brands across Beauty, Lifestyle, FMCG, F&B, Retail, and Luxury sectors.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships by delivering strategic counsel and superior servicing.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive PR strategies that align with business goals and industry trends.
• Drive earned media outcomes across traditional and digital platforms.
• Mentor and lead a team of Account Managers and Executives, ensuring performance excellence and growth.
• Work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, pitch for new business, and contribute to revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and content teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 10 years of relevant PR agency experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-sector accounts.
• Strong leadership, client servicing, and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and media relations skills.
• Ability to lead new business pitches and contribute to strategic planning.
