Key Responsibilities: Serve as the strategic lead for a portfolio of marquee brands across Beauty, Lifestyle, FMCG, F&B, Retail, and Luxury sectors. Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships by delivering strategic counsel and superior servicing. Develop and oversee comprehensive PR strategies that align with business goals and industry trends. Drive earned media outcomes across traditional and digital platforms. Mentor and lead a team of Account Managers and Executives, ensuring performance excellence and growth. Work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, pitch for new business, and contribute to revenue goals. Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and content teams to execute integrated campaigns. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 10 years of relevant PR agency experience. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-sector accounts. Strong leadership, client servicing, and team management abilities.
