Job Title: Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management
  

 Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads
(Search, Display, UAC), Meta Ads Manage end-to-end paid media budgets and ensure positive ROI across allchannels. Collaborate with creative and product teams to design ad creatives and landingpages that improve conversion rates.

• Analytics & Optimization
  

 Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS,
LTV). Implement A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages. Use tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and MMPs (AppsFlyer / Adjust) toassess campaign attribution and user behavior.

• Reporting & Insights
  

 Create daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to track spend, performance, and
ROI. Present campaign learnings, insights, and optimization recommendations tomanagement. Do user and market research on new product lines, competitor analyses etc

• Collaboration
  

 Work closely with internal stakeholders including product, design, and analyticsteams

Key Requirements

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience: 5–7 years in digital or performance marketing. Industry Preference: Fintech, NBFCs, Banking, or financial products (loans,credit cards, credit score, insurance).

 Hands-on Expertise

• Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC)
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Analytics / GA4
• MMPs (AppsFlyer / Branch / Adjust)
• Excel / Data Studio for reporting
  

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to handle large campaign budgets and deliver on performance KPIs. Excellent communication and project management skills.
